WILDFLOWER

These honeys are not infused. The flavor comes from the nectar that the bees find in the blossoms surround their hive. Some of these hives are in areas that have a higher concentration of a particular blossom which can make for a more specific flavor profile.

SOURWOOD

The Sourwood Tree predominantly grows in the Appalachian Mountains. The concentration of sourwood nectar in this honey gives it a distinct buttery flavor.

GINGER

The ginger root is grown organically in NC for us. We process the root ourselves so we can infuse it into the honey.

CACAO

Cacao is the original form of chocolate. ( So this is considered a superfood) We source this organic cacao to give a healthy chocolate substitution.

VANILLA BEAN

We source 3 different Vanilla Beans to scrape out the seeds from the pod. We use these to infuse the honey.

SMOKE PEPPER BOMB

We use Carolina Reaper, Ghost Pepper,, Naga Vipers, and 7 pot douglahs to give the full circle heat level. We smoke the peppers to add more depth of flavor.

BLACK GARLIC

During our fermentation process with NC grown organic Garlic, the garlic becomes black, sweeter, and changes the flavor profile completely.

APOTHECARY

This line of honeys is what refer to as our power houses of the Beehive Yourself Collection. Why? Because we infuse quite a few Herbs & Spices to ensure the results.
